In my twenties I started having a series of chronic health problems. Migraines, digestive issues (IBS), adult acne, polycystic ovarian syndrome, hypoglycemia, and worst of all, chronic fatigue. Doctors prescribed a lot of pills, but these gave me side-effects and they didn't actually "heal" me.
I felt anxious, depressed and even suicidal. Finally, I decided to embark on my own transformation journey.
I moved to Thailand and then India where I studied Natural Medicine, Yoga and Energy-healing. I returned to Canada to complete a degree in Holistic Nutrition, which lead me to studies in Neuroscience, Psychology, Life Transformation Coaching and Spirituality. All of this knowledge finally allowed me to heal myself and create my best life!
By shifting my thinking patterns I found love, I learned how to create wealth and I became happier than ever before.
